Sliding at Wayne Center School!

We celebrated Evan's birthday yesterday even though he isn't actually 2 until tomorrow... His party was so much fun and he had a blast... He is one spoiled little boy!! I'll post birthday party pictures tomorrow if I get a chance.... But I thought I should post this movie today while I have a minute. Drew and I took Evan to the new elementary school in town last night for the first time to play at the playground. To say he LOVED it is putting it mildly. He had a blast and so did we. We plan to go back tonight with the actual video camera instead of just the regular camera.. He is at such a fun age now and he's always making us laugh.... Enjoy!

BIG NEWS!

Well, I'm a little delinquent in posting this.... DREW IS A CFA!!! We found out on Tuesday that Drew passed Level III of the CFA Exam that he took in early June!!!!!!!!! We were sooo excited :) He has been working on this for sooo long and all his hard work finally paid off! It's so exciting to think about spending more time together in the years to come instead of him constantly studying during the months of Feb-June every year! I'm so proud of him and all that hard work he's put in the past 5 years- all to better our family.... Congratulations honey!

Evan Update!!

It's so hard for me to believe that Evan will be 2 years old in less than 2 weeks! He has come so far these last few months. He is now talking CONSTANTLY and starting to put words together more and more. It makes things so much easier now that he can communicate with us and we can understand him! Although, we have started to see little glimpses of the "Terrible 2's". He's gotten pretty familiar with "time out" and is constantly testing his boundaries.... But I guess that's pretty normal for a little one his age. He's always making me laugh. We feel so blessed to have this little man in our life!

Taking a break from shopping with mommy to ride in his "favrite" car... When we pulled into the outlet mall, he shouted "OH MY GOODNESS- MY FAVRITE!" and pointed to the car :) Too cute!He's been a little under the weather the past few days, but he still managed to smile for me :)

Scrapbooking...

In my "spare time" during the past month or so, I've been trying to catch up on my scrapbooks for Evan. I still have a ways to go, but I've made some headway. I thought I would share some of what I've done with all of you..... Some of them are a little difficult to see on here, but I'm not an expert at changing the settings on our camera and this was as good as I could get... Enjoy!!
